Manage users and approvals
This article explains how admins approve new users and manage accounts. It applies to Admin and Super Admin users.
Approve pending signups
- Go to Settings → Admin → Users.
- Review the Pending approvals list.
- Approve or decline each request.
Approved users receive the role assigned in their profile.
Manage existing users
Use User management to:
- View department instructors
- Adjust roles where permitted
- Invite research partners (when enabled)
