Manage users and approvals

This article explains how admins approve new users and manage accounts. It applies to Admin and Super Admin users.

Approve pending signups

  1. Go to SettingsAdminUsers.
  2. Review the Pending approvals list.
  3. Approve or decline each request.

Approved users receive the role assigned in their profile.

Manage existing users

Use User management to:

  • View department instructors
  • Adjust roles where permitted
  • Invite research partners (when enabled)
