Report an error
This article explains how to report a problem when something fails in SpeechGradebook. It applies to all signed-in users.
From Settings
- Go to Settings → General.
- Open Account or Error Reports in the sidebar.
- Select Report an Error.
- Describe what happened and include steps to reproduce the issue.
- Select Submit.
Your report is sent to the platform team. You can track status under Settings → General → Error Reports.
When to report
- An evaluation fails repeatedly after you confirm file format and size
- You cannot save changes to an evaluation
- Login or access issues persist after password reset
- A screen shows an unexpected error message
