Run bulk evaluations

This article explains how to evaluate multiple student recordings in one session. It applies to instructors.

Before you begin​

  • Your course roster includes the students you are evaluating
  • You have a rubric selected for the batch
  • Your files meet format and size limits

Run bulk evaluation​

  1. Select Evaluate Speech in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Bulk Upload.
  3. Select the course and rubric.
  4. Choose the assignment type for the batch.
  5. Add files for each student.
  6. Select Match videos to students.
  7. Select Start Processing.

Supported formats appear on the upload screen. Large files may be compressed automatically.

After processing​

Review each student's results individually. Edit scores or comments before saving final records.
