Review, export, and email results
This article explains how to review and share evaluation results. It applies to instructors.
Review results
After an evaluation completes, the Results screen shows scores and AI feedback by category. Reopen past runs from the student's evaluation list in the course.
Export or email
On the Results screen:
- Download a PDF report when your deployment shows the download action.
- Email results to the student when the email action is available.
Availability of export and email actions may depend on your institution's configuration and the student's consent status.
