Notes
- Institution is the default Admin panel for admins but has no separate sidebar label in some views — it opens via JS default routing.
- Instructors who open Admin see Monitoring (energy dashboard) only.
- Super Admin-only controls in Data Management include the Qwen service URL and LLM training export.
