Student consent overview
This article explains the consent process for students whose instructor uses SpeechGradebook.
Why you received an email
Your instructor uses SpeechGradebook to evaluate speeches. Before your evaluation data is stored in the cloud, your institution requires you to complete a short consent form.
SpeechGradebook sends you an email with a link to that form. You do not need a SpeechGradebook account or password.
What to do
- Open the consent link in the email from SpeechGradebook (check your spam folder if you do not see it).
- Read the consent information on the form.
- Submit your response — agree or decline as instructed.
Your instructor sees your consent status in Settings → General → Consent Management.
